USLONG1ISPS Code legislation has created the requirement for nation states to control their international ports to ensure compliance.

The purpose of these United Nations regulations is to allow the secure flow of goods and people between all transportation modes that operate within the hub of a port facility. Increasingly, national governments and regional bodies (e.g. European Union) have widened the limits of the ISPS legislation at ports.

Having completed hundreds of ISPS Port Facility Plans, MUSC is able to provide targeted assistance in compliance with these expanded requirements.

MUSC offers assistance to clients seeking to ensure compliance.
